PROGRAM

We value early childhood education as the foundation for lifelong learning. Our programs are designed to prepare children for their transition to the wider community and help them become confident, independent active members of society.

Educators work in partnership with families and children to create a program where the children learn skills and concepts through play and interest based experiences. We strive to maintain a balance between teacher-directed experiences and child-initiated learning.

Three Little Birds offers a developmental program, based upon an emergent curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Framework.

We have designed our program with a focus on five key learning outcomes:

SCHOOL READINESS

Our School Readiness program is designed to prepare children for their transition to the more structured and independent environment of primary school. It is our belief that a comprehensive and holistic school preparation program is an essential part of a child's learning journey. Our program focuses on building each child’s confidence, independence, and social, physical and intellectual skills.

Our goal is to ensure that every child that graduates from our centre is fully prepared for their next educational milestone.
