A Highly Qualified Teaching Team
Our educators hold qualifications ranging from Certificate III and Diploma through to university level Early Childhood Education degrees. We currently have four Early Childhood Teachers on staff, three of whom hold a Master of Education.

Emily's Master's specialises in Inclusion Support, giving our team additional depth in supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
An Experienced and Stable Team
Continuity of care matters. Many of our permanent educators have been with us for between 2 and 8 years, and our team of 18 permanent staff is supported by 5 regular casual educators who are already familiar with our children, families and routines. Familiar faces help children feel safe, confident and settled.
Staffing Above the Required Ratio
We roster above minimum ratio requirements wherever possible, particularly with our younger children and for excursions. Our nursery, for example, has a maximum capacity of 8 children and we roster a minimum of three educators each day, with additional staff covering lunch and breaks. This means more individual attention, stronger supervision and more support during transitions and routines.
A Genuinely Diverse Team
Our educators bring backgrounds from Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, China, Croatia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Nepal, bringing different languages, perspectives and traditions into our classrooms and helping us connect with our multicultural community of families.
Ongoing Professional Development
Our team regularly undertakes training in child protection, active supervision and safe sleep and rest practices, alongside broader early childhood education and compliance training. We use staff meetings and reflective practice to continually review our programs and safety practices.
